Over the next 3 weeks, I am undergoing a controlled withdrawal of various food and drink, culminating in a week at a Gold Coast Health Retreat to cleanse – body and soul

Wk 1 – No chocolate (this week)

Wk 2 – No alcohol or soft drinks

Wk 3 – No coffee or caffeine (this will be the hardest week)

The idea is that the weeks are cumulative, and then I will decide if/when to re-introduce any of the above in smaller consumption qualities.  This along with some new personal fitness goals, and I have a new health and fitness mission!
